Each villa can be purchased fully furnished for gracious living or unfurnished for your touch. Each bedroom ensuite will be tastefully decorated to suit your every desire. There are additional powder rooms for guest in all the villas. The large living and dining room overlooks the sea and Mountains with a 30ft Verandah/patio. The spaciously designed villas capture the Atlantic breezes in their design with a spectacular view of Savannes Lobster Bay and Honeymoon Bay. This setting has a magical and relaxing atmosphere. Castles in Paradise is a superb exclusive resort which is private and secure. Located five minutes away is the most beautiful beach in St.Lucia where private access is provided, with snorkeling near the Maria Island and windsurfing is also available.

The town of Vieux-Fort is a few minutes away where there are two shopping malls with all convenience and amenities available. St.Lucia’s main International Airport is also located on the south of the island. St.Lucia’s southern countryside is graced with an extraordinary number of natural wonders, the famous Pitons including Gros Piton and Petit Piton, twin mountain peaks that rise more than half a mile straight up from the sea. There are beautiful beaches with panoramic coastal views, the world’s only drive-in volcano, a unique attraction, with bubbling pools which shoot forth 50 foot high clouds of steam. The falls come down through Sulphur Springs, turning the water to a brilliant variety of yellows, greens and purples, where you will find the Diamond Falls and Mineral Baths are available.

  1. Castles in paradise is located in the South of St. Lucia five minutes by car to our main international Airport, also five minutes by car to the most beautiful 8 miles of beach in St. Lucia. We have two good shopping malls and a proposed good hospital all within a ten minute range.
  2. The lot sizes vary according to if one requires a 2 or 3 bedroom villa. Lots sizes are approximately 9,000 -14,000 sq ft of land.
  3. There will be approximately 14-17 villas constructed.(If any villa owner requires a private pool or a Jacuzzi this can be arranged separately.)
     
  4. Terms And Conditions:
    • 10% deposit on agreement to purchase villa and land.(non-refundable)
    • 30% payment to commence building of villa
    • 30% in middle of construction of villa
    • 30% on completion of villa (Approx 4-5 months with all legal documentation
       
  5. Villa Cost:

    Castles in paradise offer 2- 4 bedroom villas for sale with approximately 9,000-14000 sq ft of land. Price ranges start from US$550,000 upwards.
     
  6. Ancillary Expenses After Purchase Per Year:
    1. Insurance approximately US$555.00 per annum
    2. Land/House Tax US$300.00 per annum

    2. Maid service optional-can be arranged through Castles In Paradise.
      All persons employed privately by the Villa owner should be
      approved by Castles In Paradise Management First.
       
  7. Utilities:

    Telephone, Electricity, Cable Television- will be metered for each individual villa and
    borne by the villa owner.(if the villa is rented out the tenant pays the utilities)
     
  8. Covenants

    All villas will be subject to the following covenants:
     
    • No loud music
    • No outdoor hanging of clothes
    • No pets
    • No manufacturing or trade etc
    • No satellite dish, which is visible at any angle on Castles In Paradise compound. Must be fully enclosed out of sight and approved by Management, in advance of any installation.(However, Cable Vision is available with 44 channels at Castles Paradise)
    • No private employment of personal staff unless notified and approved by Castles In Paradise Management.
